Return & Exchange Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Receive Instructions

Within 24 hours (during business days), you’ll receive:

  • Return authorization number
  • Prepaid shipping label (for exchanges or defective items)
  • Detailed packing instructions
  • Return shipping address

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Pack your items securely in the original packaging, include the original packing slip, and attach the provided shipping label. Drop your package at any authorized shipping location.

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your request within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline

  • Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days after we process your return

What’s Refunded

We refund the full item price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or defective products.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded as applicable

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • FOOTWEAR that shows signs of wear
  • SLIDE SANDALS with removed protective soles
  • Items from final sale or clearance sections
  • Personalized or custom-made products

International Returns

For international customers (excluding Asia and select remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Please indicate “RETURNED GOODS” on customs forms
